My Little Wardrobe has a strict 14 day returns policy – outside of this we will be unable to offer refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind.

For incorrect sizing – providing items are returned in original condition, unused and tags still attached and stock permitting we do offer exchange. Please email

Postage costs are the purchases responsibility and any exchange products will not be posted until postage costs are paid in full

My Little Wardrobe does not offer refund or exchange on any sale items or items purchased with a discount code.

Proof of purchase is required before a return can be processed.


If you have a faulty item, please contact My Little Wardrobe via email – My Little Wardrobe will exchange or refund for faulty items at their discretion after the item has been returned and inspected by our quality control officer.

My Little Wardrobe’s quality control officer will return email within 48 hours of receiving the faulty goods with a decision. If you have chosen a refund and your application is approved, we will email you and process your refund within 48 hours.
