Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns

My Little Wardrobe has a strict 14 day returns policy from the date you’ve received your parcel – outside of this we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

My Little Wardrobe allow returns for change of mind and 100% of the cost of the clothing will be refunded (excludes shipping costs) or a credit of 110% will be given to purchase other items that may suit better.

For incorrect sizing – providing items are returned in original condition, unused and tags still attached and stock permitting we will offer a store credit to purchase the correct size. Please email sales@mylittlewardrobe.com.au for more info.

For exchanges we will offer a store credit so the customer can re purchase on our website. We will not process any exchanges manually, the customer must re purchase through our website with their store credit.

We will not accept returns on these items:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Personalised
  • Gift Cards
  • Mystery Bags/Sets
  • Clearance Items

 

DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER as it may go to a 3rd party distribution center which is not associated with MY LITTLE WARDROBE. Please contact us first and we will supply you with our postal address for returns.

 ***Please note return postage is at the customers expense unless the product has been deemed faulty by My Little Wardrobe***


Refunds


If you have a faulty item, please contact My Little Wardrobe via email – sales@mylittlewardrobe.com.au and send photos of the fault. My Little Wardrobe will exchange, give a credit or refund for faulty items at their discretion.


My Little Wardrobe’s quality control officer will return email within 48 hours of receiving a photo of the faulty goods with a decision. If you have chosen a refund and your application is approved, we will email you and process your refund within 48 hours.

 

REFUND NOT AVAILABLE ON TOYS COLLECTION UNLESS FAULTY.

You are not entitled to a replacement or refund so simply because you changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or if you ordered the wrong item.

As we offer an online service, it is your responsibility to ensure you check the item description and size carefully before ordering.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Please note you aren’t able to cancel your order if it’s already been processed with our product distributors.

You can however return the items for a full refund once you receive your order.

If by chance your order hasn’t been processed and we are able to cancel your order please be aware you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of your total order value to cover any merchant costs involved with receiving, cancelling or refund your order.
