My Little Wardrobe has a strict 14 day returns policy – outside of this we will be unable to offer refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind.

For incorrect sizing – providing items are returned in original condition, unused and tags still attached and stock permitting we do offer exchange or a credit to purchase the correct size. Please email

Postage costs are the customers responsibility and any exchange products will not be posted until postage costs are paid in full.

My Little Wardrobe does not offer refund or exchange on any sale items or items purchased with a discount code.

Proof of purchase is required before a return can be processed.


If you have a faulty item, please contact My Little Wardrobe via email – My Little Wardrobe will exchange or refund for faulty items at their discretion after the item has been returned and inspected by our quality control officer.

My Little Wardrobe’s quality control officer will return email within 48 hours of receiving the faulty goods with a decision. If you have chosen a refund and your application is approved, we will email you and process your refund within 48 hours.

If by any reason you are after a refund, please note we do not offer refunds. We may however consider giving you a credit for a future purchase.


**MLW will not be responsible for the fact that you haven't read our shipping policy and offer refunds for orders that weren't posted immediately. Please take our turnaround in consideration before purchasing. If wanting to cancel order  and we approve it  please note a 5% cancellation charge will apply off your total order amount. This is to cover any merchant costs and any stock ordered or made for your order**
